- Digital Energy Solutions and Alphabet Fuhrparkmanagement GmbH expand partnership for leasing offer for charging solutions
- Leasing of electric vehicles including associated charging infrastructure possible
- Complete range of charging solutions will be presented by Digital Energy Solutions at the bfp Fuhrparkforum
Digital Energy Solutions, a joint venture of the BMW Group and the Viessmann Group, offers its customers the leasing of charging infrastructure as well as the integration of associated charging services. Digital Energy Solutions is intensifying its partnership with Alphabet Fuhrparkmanagement GmbH, which has been in place since 2017.
“Thanks to the cooperation with Alphabet, our customers can lease not only the electric vehicles but also the required charging infrastructure. At the end of the lease, our customers can take over the charging station for residual value, “explains Thorsten Nicklaß, Managing Director of Digital Energy Solutions. “The charging station will be integrated into the overall energy management of the company – as well as the already offered intelligent and dynamic load management,” continues Nicklaß.
The bureaucratic effort for leasing the charging infrastructure is reduced to a minimum for the customers: For the electric vehicle and the required charging hardware as well as the associated installation services, the customer has only one contractual partner, Alphabet Fuhrparkmanagement GmbH. The charging infrastructure with installation services can also be leased detached from the vehicle if the customer already has electric vehicles. The monthly leasing costs per charging point including the installation work already start at just 60 euros with a term of 24 months. The integration of all charging processes and the associated electricity costs into the monthly lease bill is also practical. The data for this billing is provided by Digital Energy Solutions via its energy management system.
In order to optimally integrate the charging solution into the total energy management of the customers, Digital Energy Solutions accompanies the customers from the initial consultation through the planning to the installation and operation of the charging infrastructure.
Dynamic charging management for cost security and optimal charging performance
The load management system of Digital Energy Solutions ensures that the available power at the respective grid connection point is always optimally utilized. This avoids cost-intensive expansion of grid connection performance due to the entry into electric mobility. In addition, the occurrence of expensive load peaks is prevented and the load management enables the fastest possible charging of each connected electric vehicle. In order to realize such advantages, customers do not have to commit themselves to a charging station manufacturer, because the load management of Digital Energy Solutions works across manufacturers. The load management of Digital Energy Solutions can already be booked starting from 5 Euro per month and charging device.
